ATLANTA, GA – Dr. Alveda King, director of African-American Outreach for Priests for Life, commented on the recent release of EXCLAIM!, a document published by the International Planned Parenthood Federation and targeted to a young audience.
“Planned Parenthood says EXCLAIM! is a young people’s guide to ‘sexual rights,’ ” Dr. King said. “Or is it just a way for the largest abortion provider in America to drum up more business? I say the latter.
“Planned Parenthood just wants to sexualize Americans and others in the world and now they are letting us know that the agenda is: The younger, the better! It makes sense from their perspective: the more people who are having sex, the more unwanted pregnancies we will have. That means more abortions for Planned Parenthood and that means, more money.”
Dr. King pointed out that Planned Parenthood often has a significant presence in public schools, which many parents might not realize.
“Americans better wake up,” she said. “Parents better wake up. Your children are in danger. They are being targeted by Planned Parenthood for sexual indoctrination. If your child goes to a public school make sure you stay engaged to find out if Planned Parenthood has its foot — or its contraceptives — in the door.”
